The teahouse that started on Grant Road

The Bep Teahouse began right here on Grant Road in Cypress, built around a simple idea: carefully made tea, real ingredients, and a warm place to slow down. Today, the Grant shop is still a neighborhood spot for craft boba, Vietnamese-inspired snacks, and easy catch-ups with friends and family.

What "Bếp" means to us

In Vietnamese, bếp means kitchen — the heart of any home. That's the kind of space we set out to build: somewhere you linger and feel welcome long after your drink is gone.

Real fruit, no shortcuts

From day one: actual fruit pieces in every fruit tea, never syrups. That commitment shapes everything, from the classics to our rotating seasonal specials.

The drinks that started it all

The Taro Ube, the Matcha Brûlée, the butterfly pea milk tea with lychee jelly — crafted to be beautiful in the cup and worth every sip. These are the drinks that put us on Houston's map.

More than a tea counter

Rice paper rolls, bánh tráng trộn, crispy popcorn chicken, Lemon Pepper Wings, bánh mì — the food menu became its own reason to stay. Great boba deserves great food beside it.
